Behzad Bokaniat Bokani Property Management Group

Behzad Bokani bought his first rental property in 2011 while working as a data scientist at Quicken Loans, Rocket Mortgage and Amrock. By 2018 he had built a rental portfolio and moved into real estate full time.

He became a licensed real estate agent in 2019 and a licensed Michigan real estate broker in 2024, and he holds the CCIM designation. He has served as general partner on commercial acquisitions, including Manhattan Place Office Park.

He is the founder and CEO of Bokani Property Management Group, which manages rental homes for investors and is the brokerage behind Team Bokani. A Wayne State University graduate, he is pursuing a PhD there.
