Who operates this site

This site, bokanirealty.com, is operated by Team Bokani at Bokani Property Management Group. Behzad Bokani, Broker, is the person responsible for it. You can reach him at realestate@bokanirealty.com.

What the forms collect

The forms on the Home, Sell, Buy, Invest and Contact pages ask for your first name, email and phone, and let you add a message. The Sell, Buy, Invest and Contact forms also let you add your last name. The Home form asks what you would like to do. The Sell form also asks for the property address, whether it is rented and when you are thinking of selling. The Buy form asks which areas interest you and whether you are pre-approved. The Invest form asks what you are looking for and whether you want the property managed after closing.

This site records which link or ad brought you here and the first page you opened, keeps that in your browser for up to 30 days without a cookie, and sends it with your submission.

Where it goes

When you submit a form, your answers go to a customer relationship system run by a service provider on our behalf. Behzad uses it to keep track of who has asked about what and to get back to you.

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to your request and to follow up with you about selling, buying or investing in real estate. It is not sold.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as the pages requested and the requesting address, to run and protect the service.

Deleting or correcting your information

Email realestate@bokanirealty.com from the address you used and say what you want removed or changed.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
