What the forms collect

The forms on the Home, Sell, Buy, Invest and Contact pages, and on the pages for owners and for first-time buyers, ask for your first name, email and phone, and let you add a message. The Sell, Buy, Invest and Contact forms, and the forms for owners and for first-time buyers, also let you add your last name. The Home form asks what you would like to do. The Sell form also asks for the property address, whether it is rented and when you are thinking of selling. The Buy form asks which areas interest you and whether you are pre-approved. The Invest form asks what you are looking for and whether you want the property managed after closing. The form for owners also asks which home you are writing about. The form for first-time buyers also asks when your lease ends and whether you rent from Bokani. Our forms also record the website that sent you to us, such as a search engine or an AI assistant, and your answer to the optional question about how you heard about us.

The Rental Readiness Check asks nine multiple-choice questions about your plans, timing, budget and how you would own a rental, then your first name, email and mobile number, and lets you add your last name. It never asks about age, family, marital status, religion, national origin, disability or any other protected characteristic.

This site records which link or ad brought you here, the host name of the website that sent you and the page where your visit started, keeps that in your browser for up to 30 days without a cookie, and sends it with your submission. If you first arrive without an ad or tracked link and later arrive with one, the later visit is the one recorded.

Where it goes

When you submit a form, your answers go to a customer relationship system run by a service provider on our behalf. Behzad uses it to keep track of who has asked about what and to get back to you.

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to your request and to follow up with you about selling, buying or investing in real estate. It is not sold.

Text messages

If you check the box on the Rental Readiness Check, Team Bokani at Bokani Property Management Group may text you about your result and your call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Your mobile number and text consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Cookies and ad measurement

This site uses the Meta pixel, a measurement tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It tells Meta which pages of this site you opened and whether you booked a call, and it sets cookies in your browser. Meta receives this from your browser and a second time through Meta's Conversions API, a server relay turned on for this pixel. We use it to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. It does not receive your answers to the Rental Readiness Check or the name, email or phone you type into this site's forms. You can change how Meta uses this in the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account.

The hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as the pages requested and the requesting address, to run and protect the service.
