What does this cost?
Nothing for the check or the first conversation. Before you sign anything, you get every fee in writing, on the purchase and on the management.
Can I own a rental here if I live outside Michigan?
Yes. Bokani Property Management Group already manages rental homes for owners who live outside Michigan, and the first conversation works by Google Meet.
How would I pay for it?
With cash or a mortgage from the lender you choose. A pre-approval from your lender helps set the price range before the first conversation.
What about taxes?
Team Bokani does not give tax advice. Ask your own CPA how a rental would affect your taxes.
Do you offer pooled or passive investments?
No. Team Bokani helps people own rental homes directly. There are no pooled investments, funds or shares in deals.
